In November we had a hearty butcher’s meal with tasty specialities directly off the sausage boiler

Due to bad weather conditions that day, we got special permission from the master brewer to operate the sausage boiler inhouse the brewing facilities
The chimney seems to work
Jannik and Michael are stirring busily, too bad if the meat burnt
Preparation of the kettle meat
Mashing the potatoes
In the meantime some snack
And once in a while a little break as well…..
Smells good, like in former times when cooking sausages
Super tasty kidneys
Pig heads must not be missing from this hearty meal
This year again, that’s for sure
