The Braugemeinschaft Edertal consists of three members, the Diplom master brewer Ingo Saßmannshausen and the two technical engineers Steffen Gerhard and Mario Möldner.
Beeing rid of the mass produced and becoming more and more similar tasting industrial produced beers, the idea was born to brew our own beers. Quality was the guiding idea right from the beginning.
Best ingredients, craftsmen art of brewing with a lot of process- and quality steps, as well as a long and slow maturation process, giving the beers enough time to develop prime taste and natural purification, are building the base for the quality of our beers. Not production costs or time, but only the quality and the taste of the finish products are the guidelines for our work.
